EYA selected as lead developer for McMillan Reservoir site

D.C. Mayor Adrian M. Fenty and other local building industry leaders gathered on July 13th to announce the selection of EYA as lead developer of the historic McMillan Reservoir Sand Filtration Site on North Capitol Street.

The historic site will be re-developed in partnership with The Alexander Companies, Street Sense, Jair Lynch Companies, Smoot Construction, USSC, and MacFarlane Partners. Initial plans for the mixed-use development include rowhomes, multifamily homes, retail, and office space set amidst a carefully preserved reservoir site with significant cultural resources, open space and historic preservation. Stay tuned for updates about this exciting new EYA neighborhood offering life within walking distance™.
