It’s also a return to the Montgomery County neighborhood where we previously built some of our most iconic homes, The Brownstones at Park Potomac. EYA hosted a Northside preview opening event on February 17th with approximately 200 attendees who had the first opportunity to learn more about the neighborhood. Contracts began the following day, and several homebuyers even spent the night (and braved the cold!) to be first in line to purchase a home. Seven homes were reserved on the first day.
