We are honored to announce that EYA was selected Company of the Year at the LOCUS Leadership Awards luncheon. Sponsored by Smart Growth America, the LOCUS Leadership Awards celebrate real estate developers and investors who have demonstrated exemplary commitment to public leadership and development for walkable, sustainable communities.

Selected among three finalists, EYA's commitment to advancing smart growth development and creating walkable urban neighborhoods were noted among the reasons EYA was honored with the award.
