Have you ever wondered what you pass while enjoying a nice walk, run or bike ride from our townhomes at Little Falls Place to Georgetown? Thanks to the Coalition for the Capital Crescent Trail, here are a few of the highlights along the way:

This month, the City of Alexandria will celebrate its 265th birthday! Join in the festivities on Saturday, July 12th along the Potomac waterfront at Oronoco Bay Park. Bring a blanket and picnic and pick a prime spot on the lawn to enjoy live music, fireworks and more. The event kicks off at 7:00 pm with a live band, followed by birthday cake and the grand finale fireworks display at 9:30 pm! Admission is free.

Every year, thousands of people visit DC to celebrate Independence Day in the Nation’s capital.
