We held our first-ever virtual grand opening on May 27th, which was attended by 494 people. In the first 9 days there were 83 virtual appointments scheduled with 9 signed contracts. We have been thrilled by the excitement for this new DC neighborhood. During the VIP preview event, attendees joined a virtual webinar for a 30-minute presentation where our CEO and co-founder, Bob Youngentob, introduced both the project and the Riggs Park Place team.
