The International Builders' Show (IBS) is the building industry's largest event, where professionals in the field gather to explore the most innovative new products and attend education sessions led by home building's leading experts. The Nationals Awards ceremony is held during IBS and we were thrilled to receive two awards.

We are honored that EYA neighborhoods have once again been voted Best Of in Bethesda Magazine's readers' poll. And in 2019, we're thrilled for Grosvenor Heights to be awarded the Readers' Pick for Best Luxury Townhome Community for the third time. Montgomery Row, The Brownstones at Chevy Chase Lake and Park Potomac were also top vote getters in the category, with EYA neighborhoods voted top 4 out of 5 favorites in the area.

Bethesda, Maryland, January 17, 2019 -- EYA, LLC (EYA) and Bernstein Management® Corporation (BMC) have announced the formation of a new programmatic partnership to acquire and develop future townhome, multifamily and mixed-use projects in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The new partnership has already committed to the development of more than 1,200 new residential units in several premier walkable locations in D.C., Montgomery County, and Northern Virginia with total project values in excess of $750 million.

EYA and City of Alexandria Archaeology continue to receive national accolades for their work to preserve artifacts recovered at Robinson Landing on the Old Town waterfront.

On Friday, October 19, EYA employees gathered for the EYA Foundation's annual Day of Service in Old Town Alexandria. This year's recipient of giving was the Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority (ARHA), an organization dedicated to providing affordable housing and economic opportunities to residents of Alexandria.

EYA Foundation proudly donated 28 backpacks filled with school supplies for kids-in-need through the Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP). The children (who are ages 5-11) are enrolled in MHP’s after-school homework club in Silver Spring.
