The Washington Post’s 2014 Top Workplaces have been released, and EYA is one of them! We ranked #5 out of the 80 small companies (50-150 employees) included on the list. The article mentions that our “employees enjoy a fun atmosphere” and commends our “charitable foundation, the EYA foundation” for its great contributions to the communities where we build. We would also like to congratulate our investment partners, JBG, for ranking #1 as the best large company to work for in the area!

The living room, kitchen and front porch were all seen in the film as the home of Jeffrey Wright’s character. The townhome recently went on the market and with seven offers at or above asking price, sold well above its asking price of $1.125 million.
