On Saturday, EYA team members gathered at our VIP preview event for EYA's newest neighborhood, Farmstead District in Rockville, MD. With strong interest in the community, more than 250 people attended the opening event. Several buyers even camped out overnight to be first in line to purchase a home on Sunday morning and 7 homes sold on the first day.

EYA's newest neighborhood, Farmstead District, will be opening soon for pre-construction sales in Rockville, MD. Fairfax, VA (August 30, 2023) – EYA and the City of Fairfax are thrilled to announce that residents have moved into the city’s first ADUs at EYA’s Sutton Heights community. This is a very important milestone towards increasing affordable housing in the City of Fairfax.

ROCKVILLE, MD (August 10, 2023) – EYA, LLC is excited to announce that Farmstead District, in partnership with Pulte, is coming soon to the City of Rockville. The new community will feature 370 homes in an ideal location walkable to retail, recreation, Metro and more. The innovative new neighborhood is the result of a commercial to residential rezoning and the annexation of a portion of the site into the City of Rockville.
