We've had a lot to celebrate at EYA communities across the DMV this summer—from park and playground openings to community completions and more. Not only do we love to gather with our homeowners to celebrate these milestones, but it is also important to us that we offer opportunities for residents to come together, meet new neighbors and forge the ties that create strong communities. Below is a snapshot of some recent events at EYA neighborhoods.

At EYA, we take great pride in not only creating beautiful living spaces, but also designing neighborhoods that bring people together and offer the best of life within walking distance. From the beginning of a project, we spend a significant amount of time visioning the overall design of a neighborhood with a view to fostering close-knit communities. The goal is to create a sense of belonging and provide opportunities for residents build long-term friendships with their neighbors through thoughtfully laid out walkways, parks and open spaces that foster interactions and enhance the neighborhood’s cohesion.

On Saturday, we hosted our VIP preview event for EYA's newest neighborhood, Tysons Ridge. With unprecedented interest in the community, more than 500 people attended the opening event. Buyers camped out overnight to be first in line to purchase a home on Sunday morning, and 18 homes sold on the first day!

Our three brand new model homes will be opening for tours at The Townhomes at Graham Park on Saturday, February 25th! This weekend kicks off a series of waterfront events at Robinson Landing in Old Town Alexandria. Fun for the entire family, the events will be held on the promenade and pier, and include activities ranging from live music, fitness classes, a family festival and an archeology event in partnership with the City of Alexandria’s Office of Historic Alexandria.
