On Saturday, we hosted our VIP preview event for EYA's newest neighborhood, Tysons Ridge. With unprecedented interest in the community, more than 500 people attended the opening event. Buyers camped out overnight to be first in line to purchase a home on Sunday morning, and 18 homes sold on the first day!

This weekend kicks off a series of waterfront events at Robinson Landing in Old Town Alexandria. Fun for the entire family, the events will be held on the promenade and pier, and include activities ranging from live music, fitness classes, a family festival and an archeology event in partnership with the City of Alexandria’s Office of Historic Alexandria.
