We are pleased to announce some exciting updates at our newest neighborhood in Washington, DC, Riggs Park Place. We held our first-ever virtual grand opening on May 27th, which was attended by 494 people. In the first 9 days there were 83 virtual appointments scheduled with 9 signed contracts. We have been thrilled by the excitement for this new DC neighborhood. For those who missed the event, the new Riggs Park Place website is now live where you can schedule private, one-on-one appointments, view floorplans, access community details, and more.
