It was an unlikely setting for one of Alexandria’s most significant archeological discoveries: an enormous storage garage in the city’s West End, typically used to house unused school buses and emergency vehicles. Instead, nine giant pools filled half the industrial facility, each holding a unique piece of history.

We are honored to announce that EYA neighborhoods have once again been voted 'Best of' in Bethesda Magazine's 2020 readers' poll. We were thrilled to see that The Brownstones at Chevy Chase Lake were awarded the Readers' Pick for Best New Townhome Community, with both Grosvenor Heights and Montgomery Row ranking in the top 5. The Lindley was also voted in the top 3 for the New Luxury Apartments category.

EYA Foundation was happy to donate 37 backpacks filled with school supplies for kids in need through the Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP). The MHP operates affordable housing communities throughout Montgomery County and serves their residents with a variety of programs designed to improve quality of life.
