The EYA Foundation held its annual Day of Service, partnering with the Salvation Army to help them prepare for their Angel Tree event. Angel Tree is the Salvation Army’s largest annual event which provides Christmas gifts for children. Over 40 EYA employees volunteered at their warehouse helping to sort gifts, prepare gift tags, assemble bikes and stage the warehouse—two weeks worth of work accomplished in one day!

On Saturday, we were thrilled to welcome over 450 guests to our Preview Event for The Brownstones at Westbard Square! We had unprecedented interest in the homes and more than 60 prospective buyers were in line the following morning (many who camped out overnight) for a contract appointment.
