On Saturday, we were thrilled to welcome over 450 guests to our Preview Event for The Brownstones at Westbard Square! We had unprecedented interest in the homes and more than 60 prospective buyers were in line the following morning (many who camped out overnight) for a contract appointment. We are thrilled to celebrate our 50th new neighborhood with the opening of Northside in Potomac, MD! Since 1992, EYA has built more than 6,000 new homes across the greater Washington area, offering homeowners the best of life within walking distance. This exciting milestone comes following a period where we have opened four new communities in the last year, with two more scheduled to open in 2024.

On Saturday, EYA team members gathered at our VIP preview event for EYA's newest neighborhood, Farmstead District in Rockville, MD. With strong interest in the community, more than 250 people attended the opening event. Several buyers even camped out overnight to be first in line to purchase a home on Sunday morning and 7 homes sold on the first day.

EYA's newest neighborhood, Farmstead District, will be opening soon for pre-construction sales in Rockville, MD. Last week, we celebrated the grand opening of The Laureate, a brand new multifamily building developed in partnership with Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) and Bozzuto at Westside at Shady Grove Metro. Located at 8005 Gramercy Blvd in Rockville, The Laureate is the first development ever to utilize the County's innovative Housing Production Fund (HPF).
