EYA Foundation proudly donated 23 backpacks filled with school supplies for kids-in-need to the Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP). The children (who are ages 5-11) are enrolled in MHP’s after-school homework club in Silver Spring, MD. The homework club provides students a structured and supportive atmosphere for completing school assignments. Literacy specialists also provide small group instruction for children who require more in-depth assistance.

On Friday, October 23rd, EYA staffers ascended upon A Wider Circle in Silver Spring, Maryland for the company's Day of Service. Volunteers sorted donated items, made repairs to furniture, re-stocked the showroom floor, assembled shelving, and loaded items onto recipients' vehicles.

The EYA Foundation proudly donated 25 backpacks to Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP) as part of the company's summer meeting in Bethesda. MHP provides the backpacks to kids-in-need at their after-school homework club in Silver Spring. The organization operates affordable housing communities throughout Montgomery County and serves their residents with a variety of programs designed to improve quality of life.
