The Washington Post’s 2014 Top Workplaces have been released, and EYA is one of them! We ranked #5 out of the 80 small companies (50-150 employees) included on the list. The article mentions that our “employees enjoy a fun atmosphere” and commends our “charitable foundation, the EYA foundation” for its great contributions to the communities where we build. We would also like to congratulate our investment partners, JBG, for ranking #1 as the best large company to work for in the area!
Companies featured on the list were nominated by their employees. We are proud that our employees enjoy the work they do and love creating new neighborhoods for our home buyers.

We are excited to announce that EYA has been named a 2024 Top Workplace by The Washington Post! As a company, we are especially thrilled with this honor as selection is based solely on employee feedback and satisfaction. Feedback is gathered through an anonymous third-party survey in categories ranging from workplace culture and connection to employee development and innovation. We are proud that our employees enjoy the work they do, feel valued and appreciated, and have a strong sense of camaraderie and connection with each other.
