For those of us with a few more years under our belt, there comes a time when we start thinking about the next stage in life. EYA LLC received unanimous Arlington County Board approval for its innovative townhome re-entitlement at Crystal House, further advancing the five-phase infill redevelopment of the property. A public-private partnership between Arlington County and joint venture EYA-True Ground Housing Partners, the Crystal House mixed-income redevelopment will expand the existing 828-unit Crystal House campus with an additional 865 new housing units, including 655 affordable units, bringing much needed affordable housing to Arlington County.

EYA's brand new model homes are now open for tours at Farmstead District in Rockville, Maryland! These modern, new townhomes offer the best of urban living in a walkable neighborhood just steps to all the King Farm retail, Mattie J.T. Stepanek Park, Metro and more.

2024 has been a year of growth, community and innovation at EYA.
