EYA’s new Move Concierge service makes moving easy, so you can relax and enjoy the best that city living has to offer in your new EYA home.

Check out some (but certainly not all) of the services offered by our Move Concierge partner, Let’s Move, LLC.:

• Provide you with a personal “move management” team to handle all the moving parts;
• Liaise with all of your external contractors and vendors, including interior designers, landscapers, utilities, consignors, etc.;
• Facilitate appraisal and sale of any valuables that you’re not taking with you to the new home;
• Dispose of unwanted items;
• Organize and pack all of your belongings;
• Unpack in your new space according to a personalized floor plan;
• Prepare and stage your home for sale; and
• Archive and shred legal documents.

Now, when you purchase a home at Little Falls Place or Grosvenor Heights, Move Concierge service is included*.

*Prices, terms, features and incentives subject to change without notice. Seller will provide a specified number of hours of professional services for move-related activities to include: floor plan analysis; rightsizing sessions; packing and unpacking; personal concierge project management services; and move labor and transport. Professional services are provided by Let’s Move LLC. Purchaser shall be responsible for services beyond the scope of work outlined in the Seller’s agreement.
