Caren Garfield is Vice President of Multifamily Development of EYA Multifamily, LLC. She drives EYA’s multifamily business plan and leads multidisciplinary teams in all phases of entitlement, development, construction, and asset management. Prior to joining EYA in 2021, Caren has more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, investment and capital markets. During her career she has been involved in several signature mixed-use and multifamily projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Caren received her BA in Anthropology from Franklin & Marshall College and her Master in Urban Planning from Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
