About the Project
Early in 2015, EYA began working closely with Montgomery County planning staff to entitle a coveted site that had formerly been zoned for office use.
Development has now started for Tower Oaks, a new neighborhood in the heart of Rockville that will offer 213 luxury townhomes by EYA — including 51units targeted to residents as low as 50% of AMI — as well as new condominiums and patio homes designed and built by Pulte. In addition to the residences, EYA is developing a state-of-the-art clubhouse that serve the entire neighborhood. This inviting facility will feature a fitness center, and a community pool with plenty of gathering spaces.
As development continues, planning is underway to ensure easy access to Metro. Interest in the site is already high among homebuyers, and EYA is working to have the sales office open as soon as XXXX.
