The Paulist Fathers made the decision to develop 10 acres of their 20-acre Brookland campus and turned to EYA for a comprehensive plan that would include the entitlement process, garnering community support, and designing a project that would complement their seminary building.
The Josephites selected EYA to master-plan and entitle 4 acres of their 8-acre St. Josephs Seminary in Northeast DC. EYA's past success at Chancellors Row proved our ability to work with other religious institutions to maximize the value of their real estate assets.
EYA submitted an offer to purchase the Chelsea School's Silver Spring property after the school decided to relocate the campus to Hyattsville, MD to better serve their student body. EYA's purchase allowed the Chelsea School to achieve greater financial stability into the future.
EYA is purchasing several acres of excess land from the Academy of the Holy Cross (AHC) and the Sisters of the Holy Cross (SHC). By building a trusting relationship with the County and community, EYA is rezoning the property to allow townhomes and senior housing, while providing land proceeds to the ACH and SHC to fulfill their educational and social missions.
