The 3.22 acre waterfront parcel is bordered by Duke, Union, and Wolfe streets. Point Lumley Park and the Hotel Indigo are to the North, the Potomac River is to the east, the Waterford Place townhouse community is to the West, and the Harborside townhouse community is to the South. Robinson Landing is two blocks South of King Street in the heart of Old Town and an easy walk to the Torpedo Factory, as well as numerous restaurants, boutiques, and galleries.

Robinson Landing will be developed into a mixed use residential community featuring 26 elevator townhomes and 70 luxury condominiums with design that blends historic Old Town with the new waterfront plan. Along the waterfront, a 20ft-wide grand public promenade will be constructed with a lawn and water feature. In addition to the new shops, restaurants, townhomes, and condominiums, the revitalized pier will be upgraded to include a seasonal café, seating areas, public space with art and performance spaces, and boat docks.
