Lisa Montenegro is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Strategy at EYA, LLC. She works in partnership with the leadership team to design and implement strategies and programs that support EYA’s short and long-term business objectives. Her primary focus is to impact people, processes and culture to create a high-achieving and super engaged organization.
Lisa brings a strong mix of both management and business expertise to these positions. Prior to joining EYA, she served in various executive human resources leadership roles for over two decades, gaining domestic and international leadership experience in multiple industries including high-tech engineering, manufacturing, and the Defense & Intelligence industries. Lisa is a native Washingtonian and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland, a MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, and a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University. She has her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
