The neighborhood is walking distance to Idylwood Plaza and Tysons Station. The West Falls Church Metro station (Orange Line) is located 1.5 miles to the East, and the Tysons Metro station is approximately 1.5 miles to the West (Silver Line).
The entire Tysons Ridge community is 6.73 acres, of which 2.6 acres is open space. Of the 2.6 acres of open space, approximately 0.9 acres are designated for community parks and gathering areas.
The community will feature 104 townhomes, including 95 market-rate homes and 9 affordable homes. There will be four distinct market-rate floorplans that will range in size from 1,690 SqFt to 3,140 SqFt. Each home has four levels with 3 to 5 bedrooms and a loft with private rooftop terrace. The affordable homes will be 3 levels and offer 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. All homes will include 2-car garage parking. Optional elevators will be available per plan.
The demolition phase is complete and land development is complete. Road paving and vertical construction started in Fall 2023, with the first move-ins anticipated to begin Spring 2024. The entire community is projected to be complete by late 2025/early 2026.

The required deposit is 10% of the base price of the home, and it is due at time of contract. This can be paid either by check or wiring of funds. The payment is broken down into two parts – a $10,000 earnest money deposit and the balance being an options deposit. If the options purchased on the home are less than your options deposit, the remaining amount will be converted to an earnest money deposit.

The optional elevator costs between $66,500 and $69,500 depending on the floorplan. Not all homesites and floorplans are able to accommodate an elevator.

If you use one of our preferred lenders and our preferred title company (Walker Title), the Seller and the lender will contribute ½ point towards your loan and reimburse for credit report and appraisal fees.
The townhome is covered by what is called a 1/2/10 warranty. Up to year 1 after settlement, everything is covered, all mechanical/electrical/plumbing is covered up to year 2 after settlement, and then there is a structural warranty for up to 10 years after settlement. The warranty is backed by PWC. Restrictions apply and performance standards of what is warrantable and not warrantable is explained in the sample warranty documents you receive at time of contract.
All streets in the community are private with an easement for ingress/egress. All park areas in the community are privately maintained by the HOA, however the public has an access easement to use them. The HOA may set up rules and regulations regarding the use of them.
There are 71 spaces for visitor parking in the community (69 standard, 2 ADA). Owners of the homes are prohibited from parking in those spaces as each home includes private garage parking for residents.
